Allentown Halloween Parade 2014 / Allentown, PA
There was a great turnout for the parade, despite cold temps and winds dropping them farther. Mayor Ed Pawlowski did not take the easy way. He walked the route and handed candy to the waiting kids. With kids and even some adults in costume, 2 streets crowded with people, the city is ready for this holiday!
