The live music has started. More people are arriving. A Christmas tree is decorated. Stop by tonight. They have several specials going on with some surprises to get you in the Holiday Spirit!
Personal suggestion: Highly recommend the Bad Apple Martini. I tried a sample of this one for the first time. Very distinctive and smooth flavor.
Wrap Up: I have been to Big Woody's a few times: Anniversary / Octoberfest / Christmas Party. Two things I like the most about this place. The way everyone there works very hard. I observed everyone, including management helping out in every area. At the Christmas party, Sherry Moore was working hard mixing all the cocktail samplers.
The second thing? The way this sportsbar appreciates the community and it's customers. I am not only talking about the specials they run. For the Christmas party, customers were surprised with a small Christmas present. Octoberfest featured a benefit Volleyball tournament.
Again, I would recommend Big Woody's to everyone. They are very family oriented. Have a side for takeout. 2 back sections for parties / small events. You will not miss one second of the game. TV's are everywhere including the men's room! The only downside. This is not even a consideration for most people; not really tech friendly. By this I mean, don't expect to be able to jack into wifi.
