Gas Station Disco is a original/cover band hailing from the Pottsville area of pa.
They tour the country performing venues all across the us.
In the past they have performed on ABC New Orleans and MTV's Spring Break in Panama City Beach Fl.
They have also been featured on Maxim.com and Spring Break Fever on the Travel Channel.
At the time of the album Gas Station Disco was:
Rob Hampton,Jason Dumm & Jonathan "Bug" Price.
They have since added Mike Danger whom is listed as a special thanks on the Album.
After spending the better part of the last 6 weeks listing to Port and Starboard
I can tell you that over all this cd is a really good listen and that you may burst
out in to random unexpected dance. If you really listen to the lyrics (witch is easy to do)
it would seem as the cd is about past relationships.
With Lyrics such as:
"The right time as the motivation enters my skin and the wrong line as it falls from my lips"
or "what about this was wrong what about this was right"
There are a few tracks on the album that have a different vibe to them Dance floor has more of a upbeat dance feel to it.
The title track Port & Starboard has more of a I wanna be with you and I love you feel to it.
The song Britney's song has more of an acoustic sound to it.
