Fun and challenging!
I used to love doing physical jigsaw puzzles as a kid and teenager. Like a lot of things, grew up and never had time. Over the past few years, anything that takes up physical space, also do not have a desire for. Basically, in a lot of areas, if it does not fit on the phone / laptop, no desire for it. Hey, I live in 2016 and in the modern world.
After I upgraded to Windows 10, I started checking out the games and fun things do in Microsoft Store. I always go for the free section. There is a very high chance you can find a free version of almost every paid app. It may take time to find a good one. I noticed Magic Jigsaw Puzzles. Read the description. Immediately downloaded it, thinking this looks like something fun and cool. I was not wrong and love it!
Even though this is a free app, you can pay for add-ons like a lot of other apps. The additions basically include more puzzles.
You start off with a total of 15 sample puzzles. I know, not much so far. Magic Jigsaws has a lot of surprises. Each puzzle has options for the amount of pieces, starting at basic of 70. Honestly, I usually go for this one. Love a challenge, not the time for a 1000 piece puzzle.
From the Classic Puzzle selection, onto my favorite: puzzle of the day. At the beginning of each month, you can download a new puzzle pack for free. Each day, a new puzzle is revealed. I really love this feature because of the surprise factor. The Puzzle of the Day is enough to give this app a very high rating. There is even more to Magic Jigsaws.
Another feature I love? Actually, it is 2 features and both are challenging. The weekly challenge can vary from completing a certain number of puzzles to doing them in a specific time frame. Looking for a real challenge? Quick Puzzles will be very addicting.
