Arriving early in the day, Rivals knows how to have a celebration! Between the band (Brian Kirk & the Jirks) and specials, Rivals had a packed house at times. The weather was cold but it did not stop people from coming out. Security at the door made sure everyone over 21 had a yellow wrist band. People brought the families out to have a great time with food / beverages and live music. I only noticed one person who was escorted out due to being intoxicated. While several were visibly intoxicated later in the day, there were no incidents and everyone was having a great time.

I have only one suggestion. The gentleman doing security needed to walk the crowd more. I realize the main focus was on the door. Possibly alternating one person between the crowd and door. This is for the safety of everyone. It also prevents any problems that may occur.
