New Vegan Restaurant in Bethlehem, PA
OK, I am a typical meat loving guy. Give me a burger or steak any day. I am impressed with the food here. The taste, while new and different, was excellent!!! Chef / Owner Wendy does a great job with combining flavor and variety. She also provides a nice atmosphere where you can relax and escape life for a while. The restaurant is scheduled to officially open Valentine's Day weekend 2014.
In addition to great food, you will find local art on the walls and a nice, 2 floor layout. Another shining gem on the local scene. I would suggest Shankara even to people who may not be into the Vegan lifestyle.
