City Hall, Bethlehem, PA
Waiting for the public library to open, I noticed some people starting to gather at the rotunda outside city hall. Being naturally curious, I asked what was going on. Figured this might be an event I wanted to cover. After being told about the flag raising: something different! Believe me, eveh through the cold, it was easily worth it!
