The first time I seriously starting paying attention to the Chocolate Lab was during Musikfest 2015. In fact, stopping by gave me the idea for "5 Must Stops" list. With the Chocolate Lab #2 on that list.
Their Chocolate Covered Bacon caught my attention. After trying this creation, I was seriously hooked! Sampling a few more definitely make this business on the top of my food list!
Product is only one part of what will gain any business a high rating with me, let alone being on a "Must Stop" list. The service is what really caught my attention.
I really paid attention to how customers were greeted and dealt with. Arelene and her staff are very professional and friendly. When you walk in, it is like an escape from the outside world.
On a different note, it is also very hard to make choices on what you want. There is a large variety on the shelves. Including some interesting and unique creations.
